I use this to make my drying table a little less slippery when I'm working on senior dogs. Hair sticks to it and is a pain to clean so I usually don't use it on my table while cutting hair, but it's great for giving wet paws a little extra traction and it doesn't flop around as much as a towel. It's a nice size for small dogs, and really my only gripe is that it's round when all my tables are rectangular!

My girl is sitting exactly in the middle of this mat. It's definitely big enough to catch any hair I might be trimming from her.The grooves in the mat help give the dog a sense of stability - it's not slippery so they don't have to worry about their own safety.The bottom is a smooth surface which helps it stay put where you set it. It won't slip and slide around on your work surface.The main problem I have with it is the static cling. It's nearly impossible to get the hair off the mat to roll it up when I'm done with it.I had to soap it up thoroughly and spray it off to get the hair to slide off. That causes problems with hair getting down the drain.MADE IN CHINA.

This mat is PERFECT for my needs! I do all of my two dogs' grooming at home as they are quite elderly now and never really tolerated grooming by strangers very well. This mat sticks like glue to my work surface and the dogs are very secure and comfortable on it. It rinses clean and folds up for storage in their doggy supply box until the next use, and it's a very nice thick silicone so it just instantly flops open, ready to go. I wish I had gotten this a long time ago because they aren't exactly always calm and complacent when grooming their paws so this durable mat is perfect for giving them excellent traction and stability while I have one paw lifted to work on.

I am trying to home groom my Cavapoo pup. I am repurposing a small computer table and this was the perfect size for it. The table is rectangular vs round, but she is not standing on the very outside edges so it worked fine. She is still getting used to her trims, so she does fight a bit from time to time. This was such a nice upgrade from the matt I was attempting to use. This never slipped under her feet or moved around on the table when she would argue with staying on place. Because of that, she fought me less this time since she felt more stable standing on the table. So glad this is helping both her and me being successful with our at home learning.

This is definitely a non-slip mat! I actually used this to keep my cat's bowls in place and it works great. Once you put it on a hard smooth surface, it stays! It's quite large and a thick material.

I unpacked this mat and thought it would be too big for my grooming table. Nope. Fits perfectly. Love the vibrant turquoise color too. My only dislike is that it doesn't stay in place in certain situations. I have two Yorkie puppies - 3 and 6 pounds. The 6 pound one is particularly difficult and if he's in one of his moods, he'll kick this mat right off the table. It is very easy to clean - more so than my grooming table surface. I may try 3M picture hanging strips and see if they'll keep it in place but allow me to remove it for cleaning. Just a thought.

This mat is great for our cat water bowl! Our kitten plays in her bowl, so we need a lot of space protected from water. This mat looks nice and keeps our floor protected. It stays put and keeps the water bowl in one place too.
