This keeps coming apart, it's hard to get back together, it has come apart 3 times & you cannot use pressure to rake carpet!!

You will need to add one screw through the black plastic at the base of the handle to secure the rake to the bar. Absolutely the best break for dog here I’ve ever had and I’ve had many.

the rake works but the handle broke as soon as I started using it so now I can just use the actual rake part.

I love that the product is metal. I love that the handle is very long. This product works very well, but would work so much better if they didn’t over-engineer how the comb attaches to the handle. Instead of simply screwing it on to the part that attaches to the handle, they had to make some fairly hard to use slide in feature with a clamp that has two little tiny short prongs that hang onto the comb. As long as you are dragging the product towards you, it works great, but the tiniest bit of pressure in the opposite direction causes that clamp to open and the comb to fall out. That would not occur with simple screws. If you ever fix that, I hope you send me a new one!

Tough to assemble and comb part falls off after a short bit of use and have to struggle all over again to get it back together

The part that accepts the handle does not stay together. I glued it to make this piece works.After raking half a carpet the screw in the bracket that hold the rake teeth came out.I’d rate this product 1 star.
