These worked great for my daughter’s first birthday. I put them on sone of her stuffed animals and had them out on the table to have a special breakfast with her and also had some in her playroom. There’s a great selection of colors, they are the perfect size and I love the glitter.

I bought these mini party hats to put on my toddlers dolls for her birthday. They were a hit! The colors are vibrant and the glitter doesn’t fall off. These mini party hats are sturdy and can be used multiple times. I love the thickness of the straps compared to other brands. I do wish that the straps were a bit shorter which is why I gave these a 4 star. Overall, I would definitely recommend these and would buy again if needed.

We purchased these to use for our kids stuffed animals on their birthday! They are the perfect size and the strings help to hold them onto the stuffies heads. Our babe loved them when she woke up on her birthday and we can’t wait to keep using them! Great quality and definitely worth the money!

I purchased these party hats to go on mini keychain stuffed dogs. They worked great and served their purpose. Had one issue with the pink hat where part of the end was longer, and looked burned, so I snipped that part off and it was fine

Obviously you need to train your cat to wear it. But they hold well because of the thing that tightens the elastic and they are really nice!
