Be sure to measure! It does latch under the neck. Puppy likes it. However, whenever he shakes, it does come off. Not hard to put back on or anything. Just a note. He likes it and isn't bugged by it. Does protect his eyes during his walks!

It is a nice hat, but we wanted for riding on motorcycle. And are thinking it's going to catch the wind. And lift up in front.

My 15 year old yorki is blind. We tried the halo but it is too heavy and makes him tumble over so I tried this hat. He doesn’t like it but the Beal on the the hat prevents him from bumping his head. The only problem is that the hat is too big for his small head even when the chin strap is pulled tight so I have to keep putting it back on. Other than that I would recommend this product.
