After 3+ months this is what I needed All my life. I wish I would have bought the larger one to hold more salt . I use for cooking and often have to refill . If you cook 3x a week, you will have to refill so buy the bigger one.

The product itself seems fine- I haven’t used it. It was purchased for a gift. The packaging was in shreds upon arrival. Do better Amazon. I paid good money for this product, and it is so torn up I can’t use it as a gift.

Spent top dollar thinking I was getting top dollar that would handle grinding Celtic sea salt but no big waste of time great construction but nothing comes out adjusted from 1-4 dash’s on rotating button nothing had to dispense salt in hand what a joke and as you know Celtic sea salt little wet thought this would handle it

Zum Mahlen größerer Mengen von groben Meer- oder Mühlensalz suchte ich eine Salzmühle. Diese sollte mit einer Kurbel ausgestattet sein, da ich nicht noch ein Gerät mit Akku oder Batterie haben möchte.Es befinden sich bereits einige Peugeot-Mühlen in meinem Besitz und weil ich mit deren Verarbeitung und der Funktion meist zufrieden war, entschied mich mich für dieses Modell.Aufgrund mangelnder Verpackung musste ich die erste Mühle retournieren. Leider kam auch die zweiter äußerlich beschädigt bei mir an, aber da ich endlich Salz mahlen wollte, behielt ich diese. Das Problem war, dass die Mühle mit Salz gefüllt versendet wird. Während des Versands sind jeweils Salzkörner aus der Mühle entkommen, haben sich dann zwischen Verpackung und Mühle bewegt und dann Abrücke im Holz hinterlassen.Jetzt aber zur Mühle an sich.Bei der Materialwahl ziehe ich bei diesem Preis zwei Sterne ab. Der untere Rand der Mühle, von dem ich annahm, dass er aus Edelstahl oder einem anderen Metall sei, besteht leider aus Plastik. Das tut der Funktion keinen Abbruch, aber in diesem Preissegment hätte ich mehr erwartet. Die Moulin d'Olivier Roellinger macht vor, dass es auch besser geht.Bei der Funktion gibt es zwei Punkte, die mich stören: einen feineren Mahlgrad als den aktuell eingestellten kann ich nur wählen, wenn die Mühle leer ist. Ansonsten verhindern im Mahlwerk befindliche Körner die Verstellung. Und beim Mahlen größerer Mengen löst sich die Mutter, die die Kurbel hält. Gemahlen werden kann trotzdem noch, aber es nervt schon etwas. Das bemerkt man aber wirklich eher dann, wenn man eine ganze Mühlenladung auf einmal mahlen möchte.Ansonsten finde ich die Mühle gut: die wählbaren Mahlgrade sind für mich gut, die Bedienung ist einfach und die Mühle sieht auch schön aus.Gesamt bekommt die Mühle deshalb gerade noch 4 Sterne von mir.

Ce moulin à sel est parfait car il a un réglage et peut moudre avec des grains différents du sel fin au genre fleur de sel, je n’achète plus de sel fin il me sert à tout....la qualité Peugeot il va me faire une vie
