The design is great! You don't remove anything close to the grinder mechanism to refill. Easy to use. Durable and a nice price.

Nice little grinder. Takes a few turns to deliver enough pepper but, its cheap, compact, pretty, and works smoothly without a fuss. Easy to refill, that is important.What I did not find good was that it has only 4 levels of coarseness, not 5 as stated. It is hard to change the levels, although you probably never will. I only need medium coarse so I never change it.It was stiff at first, so I loosened the screw a bit below, and it was smooth after that. I am pleased with it. I like the modern design and able to see how much pepper is in there.Do not clean by soaking in water. You will ruin the steel mechanism inside which could rust. If you do wash in soap and water, then be sure to use a blow dryer to dry out the inside and the grinder part. Alternatively, spray rubbing alcohol all over it and wipe off to clean which makes it so easy.

I put pepper on about everything I eat. Love ground pepper, particularly freshly ground. This is a good grinder with ceramic jaws, a comfortable shape, easy to adjust grind size, easy to load, and doesn't cost an arm or a leg. I like it. I've had several different pepper grinders over the years, and like this one the best.

I love how easy and pretty the set is. They grind perfectly and you can change the coarseness of the pepper and salt. Very fairly prices for such a nice set.

I've owned these salt and pepper grinders for about two months now and they are fantastic! Unlike some others I viewed, these are easy to fill via the top as the lid is completely removable and unlike other units that have a metal rod running down the center, these are completely obstruction free. My last one had the center rod and it made it difficult to fill. These are easy to handle and fit the hand perfectly. I've had them on the fine grind setting since day one and the dial has yet to change position, unlike some other reviewers on here have experienced. Based on my experience, I highly recommend these grinders.

I used it all of 1 day and I would honestly just recommend buying a wood set with metal internals for anybody looking for a grinder set.This set will end up chewing up the plastic bits getting those shavings all over it potentially getting into your food and ontop of that it barely has any output of the seasoning as well.Even if this is on sale avoid it and spend a bit more on a set that actually works
