At 25 yards, this product will likely last me a lifetime before I use it up, given that one project will use perhaps 4-6" of tape, depending upon the thickness of the book. When I opened the packaging I was disappointed that it was polyester and not cotton, but the product page clearly indicates the binding is made with polyester. I wish it had been made with more natural materials like cotton or rayon. I would have purchase 12 yards for the same price of $12.99 if it were made of more sustainable materials. Given that most people who take the time to bookbind usually will not scrimp on the quality materials, I feel the buyer who is likely to use a product like this would be better served with a different material base, so I hope the manufacturer will consider this in the future. Also polyester is a material that does pill from abrasion, so I have reservations if this will wear well as a book's head and tail band. It might be fine. For the value, there is a large quantity of product. It costs out at 0.52¢ a yard, which is less than 0.02¢ an inch. Also the product is offered in a light beige, rust brown, and gold. Would love to see other colors like red, blue, green, black and maybe even metallic like copper, silver, or bronze, which might be appealing and novel to this market space.

This product is exactly as advertised- these are thick, high-quality end bands. The neutral color makes them compatible with any color way of book.I docked a star from this rating because the packaging could use some help- the ribbon is wrapped haphazardly over the cardboard coil- it is in no way neat. The cardboard also arrived to me bent and damaged. So while the product is still unharmed, am I still disappointed in this aspect of quality.

Really like this headband material; it works very well on binding a Bible.

Me llegaron aproximadamente 23 metros de cabezada, pero no es color Beige como la anuncian, es GRIS. Se siente firme y no se quiebra, aunque venÃa selladaestaba algo sucia.El señor de la paqueterÃa fue insufrible, me pidió información personal de más, que porque no podÃa encontrar la ubicación 🙄🤌 esa es la desventaja de pedir algo que viene de China, aunque me sorprende porque he pedido otras cosas de ahà y el envÃo si es gratis, éste NO fue gratis y fue el más conflictivo de todas las entregas.
