Just purchased these chairs in Aug. 2024. Packaged very well and delivered ahead of time. All parts were accounted for and in perfect condition ( including extra screws ). Assembly was fairly easy, just follow the directions and pictures.I used the cardboard packaging during assembly to prevent scratching. Assembling on a raised platform or low table makes the assembly process even easier.Total assembly time was about 35 minutes per chair using the tools supplied.Please note : hand tighten screws first and adjust alignment before final tightening.Chairs are fairly comfortable for just relaxing on. Swivel works just fine and slight rocking motion is soothing.The color (blue) was very close to the advertised picture.The wrenches included with the order work well enough for putting the chairs together, but a good set of box wrenches and an Allen wrench with a handle would make the process go much faster.I would highly recommend this product as a cost effective price for quality outdoor patio chairs.

Exactly what we were looking for. Very comfortable ... the color was just perfect, too.Would buy again!Had no trouble putting them together.

The chairs(8 of them) arrived fairly quickly and in 4 boxes. The instructions were simple and straightforward. The tools that come with it, to assemble, are awkward and hard to use. The chairs themselves were great quality and matched perfectly with the table we already had. It took about 20 minutes a chair to assemble, but well worth it!

These chairs are perfect for our enclosed deck. One of the chairs backs was dented, and they replaced it for us very quickly! I would definately recommend this company!

Chairs are great! The instructions to put them together could have been better. For instance, there could have been some narrative about when putting the chairs together to not tighten any of the hardware until all parts have been put together. The 1st chair took us as long as the other 3 did, once we figured out the routine. The tools they provide are lacking as well, so beware. All in all very happy!

Arrived sooner than expected, which was great. Packaging was slightly damaged, but mostly minor stuff. Arm rest had some damage (not from packaging but likely poor construction - see photo)Extra screws and washers were included, which was appreciated.Assembly was extremely unpleasant. Instructions were four pictures. They were not well labeled. In the first picture you need to realize that the zoomed in illustration that shows the order of washers and nut on the screws is actually flipped upside down! There is no detailed image to show how to attach the seat and back to the armrest. There are also no words, and the most important part is to realize the screws cannot be tightened until everything is attached and aligned or you will never be able to finish assembly. My first chair took two people 2.5 hours to assemble, some damage from a stripped screw in trying to assemble and then disassemble to make everything fit. The second chair took one person 45 minutes to assemble.The screws need a socket wrench and Allen wrench, for which the junky assembly versions are provided, and are very annoying to use.As for the finished chair, I’ve built two thus far. They’re both very firm to sit on, almost like a wooden park bench. I expected a little more give to the seat. It’s not “uncomfortableâ€, but it’s not exactly comfortable either. The rocking function is like 10-15 degrees at most, much less than other similar chairs I’ve sat on. I would not consider this a “rocker.†The spinning aspect of the chairs is fine. The seats are about an inch lower down than I expected. It does feel a little low when I sit down. And of the two chairs I assembled already, the second one has a very slight slant to the seat in which the left side is very slightly higher than the right. It’s a tilt that I can feel, but it is slight.Overall, the chairs are cheap enough to not make me go through the hassle of disassembling and returning them (assuming the rest are not worse). But I wouldn’t buy them again.

First chair taught me all of my mistakes. The key to assembly is to leave all the upper chair fasteners for the seat and back webbing loose until they are all in, then snug them all up and finally tighten all of them. If you do that, you will have no problems. I assembled the last two chairs simultaneously in 30 minutes. Sitting in them was so comfortable and rewarding with overall firm support, lumbar support, great head rest position. ..... I cannot encourage you enough to choose your color and start enjoying. Remember, seat and back panel fasteners in loosely before progressively tightening. The small hex head key provided is perfect for assembling. I used a socket and ratchet tool to assemble the bottom base.
