Labeling was confusing. Two types of labels are found on mfgr's site. No comments on any changes of the actual product. Clarification would make this a more confident purchase.

Product is - ostensibly - the same terrific Dampp-Chaser pad treatment that I've used for decades. But....the containers are completely different. I had started a return of this order, but subsequently found that the Dampp-Chaser Corp had changed the container. Amazon, please change the image to reflect the latest iteration!

I have a very old baby grand and have had it tuned and taken care of as needed yearly. My piano technician had recommended a humidifier system to keep the wood/inside from becoming to brittle. We use this product regularly. We live in the south and is quite humid in the summer, but I keep a thermostat in the room and note that when it drop to a dry humidity period, the system kicks in automatically. We refill the tank on the piano with a capful of this once or twice a month. Easy to use and lasts a long time. Keeping this heirloom in good shape for my grandchildren.

The bottles which arrived don't look the same as the ones I've used before. If there has been a change in formulation, it would help to know. Manufacturer's website didn't help, either. Guess my tuner may have an opinion, but it will take months to know.
