Wanted another pillow my mother uses to sleep on to keep from sores forming on her ear. I needed to wash the other one purchased on amazon a year ago. This arrived well packaged and good quality but half the size of the one we have. Decided to keep it but check the sizing before ordering.

4 stars because I wish the pillow was a tad firmer, but that's alright because I find it works best if I put a regular pillow under it and sleep with my ear in the hole. I have a fresh conch piercing and this has been very helpful for me to sleep comfortably. I would recommend this to people with fresh ear piercings

There is so much wrong with this item. (1) its smaller than the picture shows. (2) it's flat before you even lay your head on it. Even when placed on top of another pillow it's flat. If you don't hold on to it it will get lost in the bed while sleeping. It's like sleeping on a cookie with a hole in it. It slides from it's supposed position around the ear. It's just to hard to explain all that is wrong. I have a small head and couldn't make it work. Maybe it's the shape of the pillow.

This pillow is very comfortable and small enough as to not take up space on my bed. I am a side sleeper and this helps keep my ears from getting sore. The texture is like velvet but the cushion is a bit more firm than I would have liked. I’m quite happy with this item.

I give this pillow credit for what it is supposed to accomplish - it does take pressure off the ear. This pillow is not "off white" as described, it's white. I thought it would match our cream colored bedding, but that really doesn't matter other than it is definitely white. I always wash things like this before using, and simply could not find the "hidden zipper," so I put the whole pillow through the washer and dryer, and it came out just fine. It is a soft, sort of velvety fabric, and the cushion of the pillow seems soft, but for me it was extremely uncomfortable to lay on. It actually felt very hard to me. That being said, pillows are a personal preference, so what is uncomfortable for me may be wonderful for someone else. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to tolerate it, but it is made very well and the price is nice.
