I bought two of these because they're so nice!I have a lot of ear piercings so I've been using this pillow for about a year and the removable pillow case it came with was falling apart.They do leave a bit of color stain on the pillow itself if you don't wash them beforehand, but I don't plan to use the pillow without the case, so I'm not worried about it.These pillow cases are comfortable, easy to change, and easy to put on and take off. You just have to unzip them entirely to put the pillow case on and zip it up. I highly recommend!!

I have used this pillow after I had a piercing and it definitely made it more comfortable to sleep. I do wish the pillow case came off for easy washing though.

I got the donut pillow from BNRendles with the satin finish. However, i learned pretty quickly that it’s very hard to wash the pillow itself because it’d be too difficult to remove and reinsert the cotton, and also washing it with the stuffing results in the cotton taking forever to dry since it’s too dense. To solve this i got their pillowcase (first picture) and it noticeably does not fit well and warps the pillow, it still gets the job done, but i have to be more purposeful in how i lie on it so my piercings make no contact.With that being said, i planned to buy more so i can rotate them for washing, but the seller doesn’t seem to have them at this time and i was recommend this case instead. this one takes a little more effort to put on, but has such a good design and it fits perfectly :0 i have no complaints and im really glad i found this case, will definitely get some more

Overall just kind of cheap. The poly fill makes for a lumpy experience, you can’t really wash it unless you throw the whole thing in the wash since the cover isn’t removable. I noticed neck pain due to it not being supportive enough for the entire head, too small.

the pillow is nice but the hole is small, i have pretty average size ears and i got my cartilage and lobe peircings done at the same time and my is always pushed up against the sides. the pillow case would be of better material as it sticks to your face but the cushion is perfect!!!!!

I got my helix pierced and forgot that it is on the side I prefer to sleep on. I've been using this for about a month now and it has allowed the swelling to go down and I can sleep on my right side without any pain! Definitely recommend for anyone who gets their ears pierces and needs to keep pressure off for a while. I can sleep quite well on it too.

When sleeping on this with wet hair, it bleeds blueish onto anything under it (I’ve washed it twice and it still does this). The hole could also be a bit bigger. I have piercings on all sides of my ear and with how small the hole is one of them is always touching the edge no matter how I position it. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it and I’m so glad this is available. Please consider an XL hole version an inch or two larger in diameter
