Although the length is great, the width could be a little wider to use more effectively for my brisket. It feels like I'm wasting more than I really need. However, the width is fine for my ribs. Easy to cut and great to work with otherwise.

This is a good roll of butcher paper, very thick and durable. You get a lot on the roll; I don’t anticipate having to buy more for a while. You will need a cutter, though, as it doesn’t rip easily.

This is great paper. I've not opened this role yet but have used the same in the past. Excellent for smoking.

What I liked:I found this "Pink Butcher Paper Roll,18†x 175' Feet Butcher Paper for Smoker, 18" Inch Wide Peach Colored Butcher Paper for Freezing & Smoking Brisket, Ribs, BBQ, and More, Stock Your Home" to really be a nice smoking paper option. It held the juices in nicely and since it is unwaxed/coated I felt great about using it to smoke meats with. For $12 you're getting 175 feet of paper - I think that's pretty great!What I did not like:It is rip resistant so I cut it when I needed to - I was sad that there was no dispenser box "Our smoking papers comes in a convenient butcher paper roll dispenser box, and the easy-tear design ensures..." (just a bare roll of paper in plastic wrap is what I received).Overall:4 stars for what really feels like a nice weight of butcher paper that did a nice job on my first smoke with it.
