I purchased this for my tiny puppy (less than 3 lbs) and it is a perfect fit. It is flexible and with three mesh sides the carrier has good air flow. I inserted a custom cut soft foam piece to the bottom that provides a little more firmness for use in carrying. The foam insert is not necessary but I believe it made her a little more secure while carrying on the train. I am also using this carrier as a travel crate/bed at night. I highly recommend this product for your small pet.

We have used the case 2 times. The materials and zipper seem to be quality. There is limited or no support frame to the case. I would not leave a pet unattended in this case.

I used this for my 1lb baby bunny. Unfortunately, he chewed holes in the sides on our way to a vet appointment. I did not think the plastic mesh would be an issue but it was. It’s a great little carrier with side pockets for storage. Easy to carry and very convenient. So if you have an animal that is a chewer, this carrier may not be the one for you.
