Having spent a lifetime of replacing huge grills every 2-4 years that I have spent $300-400 a piece on, is a lot of wasted money. Three years ago almost to the day, I bought a Heritage stainless steel grill from my local BJs. I love that grill and it has seen some abuse. We own a travel trailer and any time we go on a trip that grill gets strapped to the top of my tonneau cover and bounces around for thousands of miles. We live on the east coast. Last summer it was Arizona and New Mexico and the Summer before it was the Canadian Rockies. I used that grill at home up to three times a week. It is plenty big and will cook for maybe 4 people. The grill had its first problem a year ago or so. I left it on during the night and ice built up on the gas line. Then a thirsty squirrel came along and chewed right through the hose. I replaced that hose with one I bought at Amazon with a variable regulator. That proved challenging to properly adjust at each start, but I got used to it and loved the ability to incinerate my meats on the outside. Anyway, now three years into that grill and the grid is rusted and falling apart, the heat shields have large holes in them but the burners are still working. It isn't worth the trouble to fix after three years of heavy use. It still works fine, but it's time to buy another, so I ordered this Pit Boss for about 25 bucks more than I paid for the BJ's grill three years earlier. BJ's is no longer selling the Heritage.Imagine my delight when I unpacked the Pit Boss and discovered it was exactly the same grill as the Heritage I had used and loved for three years. Every hole matches up. Same brand regulator too. I saved the old one for who knows what reason. I think I got the BJ's grill on sale for 90 bucks, so paying $115 hurts a little, but it is worth every cent. This is one of the best grills you can buy for roughly 100 bucks. The quality is excellent all around and if you buy it to only occasionally use, it could last a really long time. Highly recommended!

I bought a smoker from PitBoss first. It was a display model and there is parts missing and the company sent them overnight to me. No questions asked. After that kind of response from a company instead of buying the Sam’s stainless steel grill I bought this one from PitBoss. Best belt to Grill that I’ve ever owned. The heavy stainless steel grates and double wall lid keeps in the heat. And the heavy duty stainless steel diffusers above the burners look like they’ll last forever. Everything about the grill shows nothing but quality heavy gauge stainless steel. A grill and a company you can’t go wrong with.

I am not sure where Amazon got this number but upon receiving the box today, I could not believe that this could only be 11 pounds and indeed weighted and it is 25 pounds. If you go out on the manufactures website, indeed they tell you it is 25 pounds, probably not an issue if you are setting it up permanently, but we are using it for camping and that is problematic. Very nice looking stove and well manufactured.

I was looking for a small portable grill pre approved by my HOA. This one fit the bill. Received well packaged albeit delivered to the wrong address via USPS which is common and another story. This grill is a winner in every regard. The cooking area is more than adequate and with the configuration of the burners and heat shields the heat is evenly distributed throughout the entire cooking surface. Start up is easy and the regulator allows for a very impressive amount of flame. At 81, I've owned all kind of grills from Webers to Oklahoma Joe and out of necessity this purchase was a great one. In MHO the price for this was outstanding and the primary reason I reviewed this completely to see if I was missing something. I wasn't. I was impatient and threw a couple frozen burgers on shortly after arrival and was well satisfied of the finished product. This grill, it's design and appearance makes for a good deal. Check it out. You won't be disappointed!

I received this grill today. It took all of Five Minutes to put together including getting it out of the box. Followed instructions for burn in then grilled two steaks on Hi heat at around 700F. Done in less than 5 min. Great taste. I can see that flare ups could be a potential problem but as long as supervision when using I think you will be pleased with results.

I have had this for 2 plus weeks, and I am Very pleased.Over the years I have owned several tabletop propane grills from greats like Weber, and Smoke Hallow. This time I wanted one with a bit more control, such as with two burners, larger surface, and a sturdier grilling grate. Now the vendors description was clear. However, I hadn’t found this in a ‘brick n mortar’ to scratch n sniff in person, so took a chance. So far no regrets. The build quality is upper shelf, with a real stainless bars for grilling grates, not the ‘wire grates’ like the others. Igniters built into the burner valves… Not as portable as the others, it is much heavier, but hey, I have an RV now to carry it in. Definitely.. . Not a toy. I have grilled steaks, chicken, chops, planked salmon, seared a sous vide prepped steak, shrimp & veggies, and once I learned heat adjustment, no real issues. Heat management with the afore mentioned there’s not really much, with this there’s is a learning curve, but fairly easy to grasp, and BONUS with two burners I can cheat by cooking indirect. This… Was.. to be for the RV, but I have now already added it to my outdoor collection, of an offset wood smoker, Traeger, Charcoal grill, Ooni pellet pizza oven, 22†Blackstone flattop, and now this. Next is to extend the deck, and order a second for the RV. Very pleased.

it is a high quality BBQ. the material is stainless-steel. Just be informed that it works with "large propane gas tank (7-8 L) " not small ones.

I have used this for a month now. Maybe 10-12 meals. Cooks nicely and maintains heat well for grilling. The grill itself is of good heavy quality. Only complaint is that the heat deflectors are cheap and flimsy so first time you clean them they will warp unless you use archeologist tools. Also the fold out legs are the same cheap flimsy material.

Loved it since I had seen it on Amazon! Perfect for two people and more... which really surprised us with the large cooking area way beyond barbecuing for only two. No assembly required, heats up pretty fast, easy to clean and it’s using regular large propane tank with the hose that is supplied. Does not come with the cover ( had to order separately) that is the bummer because it cost around C$ 50.00. Other than that we are very happy with the purchase.
