The item itself was just as described and worked out great. The single use kit and everything else was a great bonus and super helpful in getting my phone fixed.

Even though I've diligently cleaned and degreased the phone before installing, the part basically came off the phone almost immediately. There's no way this will stay attached without using extra glue. They did include a little glue bottle but the quality is so bad not even the applicator screws in. My guess is that the only reviews (that are both 5 star) without text at the time of my writing didn't even buy this thing.

There weren't any instructions so YouTube to the rescue, but worked well and did the job!
