PJ Bold brand of silicone molds is the name I choose to look for first when shopping silicone molds. This four cavity with increment tablespoon markings that transfer to your butter is no exception. The reason being is the silicone is always thicker than other molds, it holds exactly four sticks of butter which equals 1 lb. This is a terrific silicone lid that is extremely helpful in keeping your product clean and pure while cooling down and being stored in your refrigerator or freezer.I find this for compartment butter mold to be reliable and strong enough to withstand ejecting the bars of butter from the mold. The mold does release very easily and if you push from the back of the mold with fingers from both hands, yes there is a slight technique and getting a good clean release which is 100% possible because this silicone mold will release the big rectangle of butter if worked properly. You will see four bars of butter that are in 100% good shape, but you will need to take some care and move a bit carefully and you will have the best results! I find the mold to be reliable as far as the butter measurements and reliable as far as releasing the butter from the mold. I can't even count how many mold of all different subject matter I own from this company. When I'm shopping for mold I will look at what PJ Bold company has to offer first because I prefer the high quality of their products. I have never been disappointed and continue to look for new items from them.I strongly recommend this brand and I very strongly recommend this butter mold with lid.

I make my own butter and always make larger blocks, but these are PERFECT for making sticks of butter! It even has the notches for tablespoons as store bought sticks. You do need to set in warm water for easy pop out to package but NOT a problem. Love these, so happy I purchased!

Storage is good. it is easy to use. durability a plus works well when you have to melt down and remodel butter. I would not recommend it being used as a butter dish. the butter is easy to remove from this mold

I got this mold to use for rendering lard and tallow into butter-sized sticks.Pros: well-packaged and labeled, a sturdy mold so that the liquid contents don't get all over.I love that the tablespoon measurements are marked out on the final product, which makes it super easy to cut into serving size portions to either cook with or freeze into a bag or jar.Cons: while the measurement marks are handy, they make this mold difficult to clean, as there are many crevices.

If you’re like me and don’t care for smoking your medical cannabis, this is the must-have. This silicone is very good quality. The rest of these reviewers are not lying - it is the perfect measure for store bought size sticks of dairy butter. Foolproof, easy to clean, and easy to remove the butter sticks. I loved the quality and the function so much, I bought another one. The lid is the cherry on top. Best of all, it’s purple! This would be a great gift for someone you know who likes to cook with cannabis or make infused dairy butter.

These butter molds worked great. Sections each hold 1/4 of lb. Lids are a bonus when storing in fridge waiting for butter to set.Cleaned up great after use!Would recommend!
