I took a freshwater Striper guide, was told this was the line to use for freshwater striper because it doesn't spook the fish, and is really tuff stuff, and very abrasion resistant. He said this was not a flouro leader, but a flouro line that you would use a coated flouro leader in front of. He was right on. I caught a striper over 30 lbs and a striper over 12 lbs on my first trip out, using 15 lb Pline Halo, and it really performed well. Also, it proved to be extremely low memory with virtually no bird's nests on any of the four rods we had it on, while several of the other rods not spooled with another brand had problems in this regard. Incidentally, we did not have any hits on two rods with braid, just as the guide suggested would happen,

Very low stretch and very strong. The green is great for some of the water I fish around here but even in clear water they can't see it. Nice low or mid on the memory. (a little Reel Magic takes care of that anyway) Love to be able to use it on more of my setups but it's high price is stopping me. The high price is the ONLY negative, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.I heard P-Line is not making it anymore. If so, why? This line is amazing! Why stop making such a great product?

This line is sweet! I just landed one of the biggest fish I have ever caught on the 2 lb test line. It is a very good tippet material and the price is right. The knot strength is amazing and I love the color!

I thought I was getting a quality fishing line.... Stretchs way to easy.. Abrasions.. switching to braided

The mist green color and 100% fluorocarbon makes it disappear in the water and also super strong for the # pound rating this is all I use besides braid

Used it for the first time last week at our favorite fishing spot. There were a few other people fishing. It seems like I caught more and had better action. I also use ultra light rod and spinning reel. All the fish I caught were in the two pound range and the line held up very well. I'm old and trying to tie a knot is like looking at a cobweb. Had to use inexpensive reading glasses which solved the problem. Had a little bit of line stretch which was to be expected and not a problem. The line is kind of expensive but I would buy it again.

Pline Halo is my a realky good line! It works well for flippin and pitching and it still works great in clear water!

This is a great line and I use it when fishing on the rivers when I need a line that is low diameter and strong.

Read reviews that said this fishing line was amazing, nothing further from the truth. I thought I was buying state of the art product, based on reviews, lost a ton of gear because de line kept snapping when casting. Also the line started to show memory after only a couple hours casting. I usually dont bother to write reviews but I felt compeled to warn my fellow anglers. Thanks to Prime service I got refunded even if the line was from my spool to a ziploc bag, at least I got my money back.
