This gripper is great for moving plywood and such. I thought it would have some kind of locking mechanism but it does not. If you do not keep pressure on the handle, your board will slip out. It assisted with the job we were working on and is a great tool all around. I just would have liked something with a locking feature since we were home building without any heavy equipment for the lifting stuff up.

Cant carry a single 4x8 sheet of rock with this dumb thing, it just takes a big bite out of it. Don’t know if it carries plywood. After ruining 2 sheets of rock, I launched it out the window into the dumpster.
