The sent me only the VPD pad without the vest. Got a replacement but sent it back too, was unhappy with the fit. The mesh vest has no elasticity and depends on a belt to keep it in place around the waist. As a result the pad creeps and may not be where you need it during a fall, especially a fall with multiple impacts. Great pad, crappy pad holder/vest.

Mein Sohn, 13, ist 158 cm gross, hat knapp 40 kg und die Grösse S/ slim passt sehr gut, weil er sehr schlank ist. VPD 2.0 heisst, dass der perforierte/ gelochte Rückenprotektor auch für Motorradstürze auf Asphalt ausgelegt ist. Mein Sohn nimmt ihn immer zum Reiten. Aber auch fürs MTB, zum Ski fahren und zum Snowboarden. Wir haben, dank Amazon Prime, nur 149 Euro bezahlt. Der herausnehmbare elastische Protektor liesse sich auch kürzen und der Netzstoff liesse sich abnähen, falls der Rücken zu lang ist beim Reiten. Der elastische Gürtel lässt sich in Höhe und Umfang sehr gut anpassen. Sitzt pefekt, auch bei Galopp, Downhill, Jumps. Der Stoff ist aus Netzmaterial und elastisch. Kein Schwitzen. Nur 0.7 kg. Cooles Produkt.

Die Protektorenweste passt gut (Größe M slim bei 181cm und 65kg) und sitzt im Vergleich zu anderen Modellen sehr bequem, da sich die Protektorplatte bei Raum- und Körpertemperatur flexibel dem Rücken anpasst (Kälte lässt die Platte hart werden - aufpassen bei der Lagerung über Nacht!). Bei Stößen ist der Protektor jedoch wie gewünscht hart und steif, wodurch er guten Schutz für den gesamten Rückenbereich bietet. Der abnehmbare Hüftgurt fixiert den Protektor im unteren Rückenbereich nah am Körper und verhindert außerdem ein Hochrutschen der Weste. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Produkt.

Obviously can't review how awesome it is at protecting my spine until misfortune strikes, but I can say it's a solid and substantial product that gives me confidence that when the worst happens, I'll be all the better for wearing this.Having read the Amazon size advice, I went for Regular/Large. This was a mistake, as it's quite loose on me until after I tighten the Velcro belt. At 181cm,84KG, I'd be tempted to try medium or even slim fit, as most of the spare material is around the waist.Still, it's to be worn under a regular jersey and it fits under my rather snug jersey without any issues, except for some excess material at the bottom.

Die POC protektorweste ist einfach aus meiner Sicht die beste am Markt. Sie passt sich perfekt dem Körper an und ist ausreichend belüftet für einen anstrengenden Skitag.
