I bought the 4 step stairs for my chihuahua, and so far it's perfect. The stairs are soft and the perfect height for her. I like the gentle slope as it seeks easier on her joints. The stairs seem pretty sturdy. The stuff on the bottom keeps it from slipping.

My 12 year old shih tzu is struggling to understand how to use it lol I’m sure he’ll figure it out. Easy to unpack.

The stairs themselves are fine. They're cloth covered memory foam. My tiny pomchi is thrilled to finally be able to get up and down from the couch without whining to us. Just not sure if it was a repackaged return as the product was in a plastic bag inside another plastic bag and too big for it's packaging box that was partially resealed with Amazon tape. (That's why it got 4 stars and not 5.)

I’m pretty sure I was sent a used or returned one because it was so swollen that it destroyed the box it was in and instantly inflated fully as soon as the packaging was off. HOWEVER, it’s so wonderful and it cost so much less than its competitors that it gets the full five stars. I have a 10yo Chihuahua with arthritic knees who could no longer climb the stairs I had for her. The design of this set, being equally ramp and stairs both, make it super easy for her to climb right up… without taking up the space that a regular ramp would. It stays securely in place and doesn’t slide when she uses it. The design of the cloth covering provides extra grip and traction for her tiny paws. Plus, the shell easily zips on or off for cleaning and there is ABSOLUTELY no foul smell or odor. It comes exactly to the top of my chair cushion without being even a hair too short or too tall. My spine is so extremely grateful that I no longer have to pick up my furry best friend 20x a day! YAY!!!

Love it! My little Yorkie goes up it with no problem and is getting the hang of going down! I love the incline and traction the material gives it!

My dogs and I agree that we love these pet stairs. There was no assembly required. They are super portable and lightweight. The softness of the foam provides comfort for old joints, but it is firm enough to not cave under their weight. Cannot recommend these enough!
