This collection of polishing/buffing wheels isn't tremendously large, but there's more than enough for what I need. Quality is very good and the price was great. I've begun using them in my watch case restoration project I'm currently working on. The case itself was for the old Samsung 6309 movement (mostly 1960's, 1970's era) and was found on eBay. Price was right, but the case looked pretty tired. No movement, no crown, sad looking crystal (might be salvageable, but not important), but the case had potential. I used a couple of polishing wheels I had and went over the case back to see if the stainless could be rehabilitated, and it came out looking promising. But I quickly found I needed to order a supply of fresh polishing wheels, so I researched and found this collection from SALIGTEKH TOOL. Good variety, good price, so I ordered up. The wheels arrived quickly, no wasted packaging, but included was a nice little plastic box that held all of the wheels and closes tightly. I put some of the wheels to work, and work they did. The ones I used did a fine job of bringing the case back to looking quite handsome. They were dense enough to hold their shape even after a lot of use, and I was actually able to wash them well enough to re-use them for different grit polishes. The case looks really good now. Of course it doesn't look new, but it was really quite beat-up and now it looks nice with a "somewhat-lived-with" look. I really like how well these little buffing wheels worked with my Dremel. The didn't work loose from the included "screw-arbor" provided in the collection (unlike some of the ones that came with my rotary tool). I thought this was a good enough product that I sent an email to the manufacturer, letting them know how much I liked what they've done. I don't do things like that very often!

With this buffing wheel kit, I've been able to shine up a bunch of jewelry, getting into the little gaps and crevices that usually get neglected.I also got a decent shine on a stone that had been partially tumbled but forgotten about. I've been using the buffing pads along with the typical colored compounds for buffing and cleaning. I use the green compound on things that will need a bit more work and always finish up using jeweler's rouge for a final shine on things like knife edges. Finally, I like that there are so many types of buffing pads for every job.

I was looking for some buffing wheels and parts for my light and delicate shop projects. Let me start by saying that this set will get the job done. Th felt works as well as the name brand stuff you can buy at any big box stores and so far, I haven't had any issues in my testing. The same can be said for the metal shafts, they are the right length and so far, no issues. The set lost one star because of the poor way the package everything - it arrives basically as a hot mess. If you look at the third photo you will see how it looked when I first opened it, yep, a mess. I was hoping to keep them all in the container, but I am going to come up with a better way to store and access the pieces I need when I need them. So, they lose a star for that but otherwise it's a pretty good filler set for anyone looking for polishing wheels.
