We got this swing for our back porch. We needed it to be durable and withstand weather. It is easy to put together, we don’t worry about our kids getting splinters, it’s colorfast and easy to clean. I love the material it’s made of. I’d buy this again for sure.

We bought this to replace a wooden porch swing that needed painting. Now we will never have to worry about sanding and painting because this is built to last! Was easy to assemble and looks great

I have had this swing about 3 months and it looks great. sturdy and comfortable to sit on. took about an hour and a half to assemble and hang up. hint when assembling leave everything loose until all screws are started then tighten everything up. hand tighten eye bolts till swing is hung up. this gives you the right angle the bolts have to be. tighten everything up and enjoy your swing

The product itself is fine, however the seat was delivered damaged and it is impossible to get a hold of Polywood customer service in order to rectify the issue. I sat on hold for 45 min to try and speak with a representative but the wait time never dropped below “93 minutesâ€. My conclusion is that they do not actually have live reps to assist. When submitting a damage/warranty claim online, response times were noted at 5-7 business day which doesn’t help given that we needed the item functional for a party 7 business days from now. I would have expected better quality control and customer service for an item at this price point. I’ll update if I ever end up getting anywhere with customer service but for now I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

The Porch Swing was the perfect addition to our 130 year old house and front porch. We have been waiting for a long time to purchase and after vacillating between teak and cedar, we came across this one. We have some interesting winters here and thought the poly was the best value for the look we wanted. We chose black because it matches perfectly and will never have to be painted.I also liked that it has built-in stiffeners.Here's why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5:The hardware. The predrills and holes were not perfectly matched. We had difficulty screwing in one of the bolts on the side because the whole didn't line up and actually had to cut the screw short to get it to go in. We also had to use a different allen wrench because the one provided was not sturdy enough to tighten the hardware all the way.Back to why it got 4 stars (and not less): The kids love it and my wife has fallen in love with the charm it has brought to our porch. We thought we'd cover it with a cushion but have since decided against. It truly gives a romantic ambiance to the house. We look forward to many years of use!
