The 2630 opening capacity is 3 inches. Throat depth is 2 inches. Load limit is 800 pounds.

I recently went through a furniture project where I used every single clamp I own - about 32 of them. Including two of these. This size ended up being so useful in that project I ordered a batch of 16. Since I've received them they have been useful in several woodworking projects. Highly recommended

I have used this C-clamp a number of times after receiving it and the two that I received are quite robust and well made.I mostly use it to hold wood to wood and I'm tightening it up as tight as I can with just my hand strength.Maybe its possible to break this if you're using some type of leverage bar to tighten it but I think even if you did, you would really have to over do it to break this clamp.Its seems reasonably priced for its quality and I wouldn't hesitate to pick a few up if you're looking to get a high quality clamp and to save some money. Great buy.Hope this helps your decision.

These clamps are great for clamping cabinets together. I use them for a lot of things woodworking. They are very versatile and easy to use. They are very strong as well.

Bought this 3" clamp and the Bessey CM30 3" C-clamp. This is a decent working clamp the Bessey is more money and poor quality, through it in the trash can, does not deserve to be in my shop! The screw on the Bessey clamp is loose and wobbly. Buy the 3" Pony Jorgensen

It opens…it closes…it doesn’t rust after months in the damp garage. Helped me change the brake pads on my scooter perfectly. Good tool.
