My twins are kindergarteners and had never used a jump rope before, but their school was holding a jump rope challenge. They were struggling to learn with some cheap ones that we got as a birthday favor - the ropes had no weight and were difficult to handle. These were perfect for them - great price/quality, adjustable for their height and great for beginners. They love jumping rope and now are trying to tackle the second grade jump rope goals. These were worth the price!

We bought these to get the kids into jump rope as an exercise. Can't be the price for the performance. They aren't anything fancy, but work great for the price. They don't get tangled or twisted when jumping, and are lightweight and easy for the kids to use.They are a bit long for my kids who are about 54" tall, but they manage pretty well. I shortened them a little bit without cutting the cords since the kids can use them as they grow. But if your kids are shorter, you can cut the length down to suit your needs, and these are inexpensive enough to replace after a couple of years if the kids grow.

Easy to adjust, great for a 8 and 4 year old to use for homeschool PE class. They are light weight and easy to adjust.
