This is a terrific jump rope for all levels. It has excellent visibility for beginners, made of pliable, non-kinking material, with ball bearings in the handles for ease of rotation. I've got other ropes of PVC and they are stiff enough to be a problem with loops and kinks. This one, never. The material is more supple than the usual PVC, feels like there is definitely some silicone in there. Right out of the box, I hung it up to make sure it wasn't twisted (important to do this), and then started using it. The material does not have "memory", meaning it does not try to return to the looped form that it had in the package. I'm very impressed with this. Note that with softer materials like this silicone, it's best to use a jump rope mat especially outside on hard surfaces, to prevent wear. That is what the pros do. Mats are also good for preventing injury!This rope is an ideal next step after beaded jump ropes for people just starting out, who are ready to pick up the pace or try some different moves. It's a great everyday jump rope, with enough capability for more advanced moves too. Handles are comfortable, grippy, and not distracting. By the way, the end caps are threaded and they unscrew. A touch of grease on the threads will help. It's very easy to adjust the length, and there is plenty of extra material to fit virtually anyone. Highly recommended!

I really needed to get more exercise in my day, and I figured I could jump a little rope in the middle of the day during my lunch break to get a little bit of a refresh.This jumprope is perfect for this purpose! The end screws off so that you can pull the silicone rope part through and trim it so that it's the perfect length for your height - no more tripping over jumpropes or tying knots in them!It comes with a little dust bag and packs down so that it can fit easily in a tote. It's super lightweight and easy to carry to work in my bag and store in my desk drawer for that little 15 minute midday exercise to get me out of my seat.Also, being silicone, it's super easy to clean. I really have been enjoying this jumprope and for the price, I'd say it's an excellent value. It's comfortable, compact, and adjustable. I'm a big fan!

I ordered this product to start incorporating jumping rope into my daily routine for added cardio. It’s budget friendly while still being durable. And most importantly, it’s super easy to customize it for your particular needs. Twist off the top end of the handle, measure the length you need, cut to adjust.Works great for just trying to keep a steady pace. I’ve been exclusively using it on our patio, so it does smack the concrete fairly frequently and hasn’t done any harm to the tough rubber rope material yet.

I've been rope jumping for fitness for a while and thought... I'll try it because my old cable rope get's tangled a bit and I'm tired of messing with it. This one... just say no. It's too light and impossible. smh. What a waste... and I cut it to size so can't return it. Boo.

Adjusting the length was initially mildly cumbersome, but once I 'got it', adjustment was easy. The weight of the cord is good and the handles are comfortable. So far I have had no issues with the cord kinking or twisting as I use it. Pretty decent overall.

I got this jump rope for my wife who thought it might help her get in shape. As a child, she used to love jump roping, but that is a different activity wen done by adults. But, we’ll see how much she enjoys it with this rope.The length provided is for a giant but is very easily shortened. It is a little tough to twist off the end because the end cap is so short. But you only have to get if off once and then back on.The only issue is the smoothness and lack of friction ribs or fins to keep the handles in hand. It would be best to wear leather or some type of ‘grippy’ synthetic gloves to maintain grip.At this price, you really can’t go wrong.
