This little tool arrived the next day after ordering it. It takes about 45 minutes to charge the battery and about 5 minutes to learn how everything works if you are not used to working with such device. I believe you could look up a YouTube video for help. It is very easy to use and takes out clogs in drains with ease. I used it on our Master Bathroom sink and took about 10 minutes and 20 feet to take out the clog. The tool has 25 feet of snaking coil. The great thing is that it has controls where it will just rotate until the clog is gone. Retracting the snake coil is very easy. I used an old towel to clean when retracting. Pros: Light Weight, Easy to Handle, Controls are Decent, Rotates, Retracts, and Battery operated. Only downside that I know of is that it does not have an allen wrench for the drain part. If that is the only problem, go down to Walmart or your local hardware store and purchase a $3.00 allen wrench. Most people have a tool set already which should have allen wrenches or torque wrenches that would fit. Use Amazon to order a set when you purchase your Drain Auger.

I recently faced 2 stubborn slow drain line issues in both my kitchen sink and washing machine drain lines that connect to the main line outside my house. Enter the POPULO 20V Cordless Electric Drain Auger, and it worked like magic! Here’s why I’m impressed:This little wonder cleared up the clogs faster than I could say “plumber.†No more standing water, no more frustration. And it paid for itself by eliminating the cost of having a plumber come out and snake the lines!The POPULO 20V Cordless Electric Drain Auger feels sturdy and well-made. It’s evident that it’s designed to handle tough jobs. The forward and reverse lever feels a little "stiff" but it's not a knock on this little machine at all. The design is similar to other plumbing snakes that you would attach a drill to. However, the ability to advance and retreat the snake makes using this snake over a traditional snake a game changer.You can select the direction the snake rotates, similarly to the way you change the forward and reverse on a cordless drill, by pressing a direction indicator near the trigger.Here's how I was able to clear both drain lines:1. Pull the snake from the machine and place it into the drain2. Switch the direction lever to the Forward position3. Pull the trigger to begin advancing the snake down the drain line. When the snake hits a bit of resistance and the cable stops advancing down the drain, release the trigger and put the lever in "neutral." Now pull the trigger to engage the spin, and manually push and pull the snake inside the drain by moving the machine forwards and backwards in a "sawing" like motion. When you no longer feel the resistance, release the trigger, switch the lever to forward, repeat the process.4. When satisfied, switch the lever to reverse and begin retracting the cable back into the machine drum.[Pro tip] PPE is a must! As are rags and/or towels to help with clean up. You don't want the build-up and crud from your pipes getting thrown everywhere as the snake is being retracted. I used a rag to hold the cable in my left hand while I was retracting the cable out of the drain (it helped prevent the rotation from flinging nastiness everywhere and kept some of the gunk from being retracted into the machine's drum.)I wish the manufacturer had painted an indicator at the 2-foot mark and the 24-foot mark. I'll be doing this myself another day. The 24-foot mark would let you know there's not much snake left to send, and the 2-foot mark would help when retracting the snake back inside. This isn't a negative knock on the machine, though!Excellent purchase for the DIY-er!

So much easier than the manually turned snakes. This is not a professional grade machine so I don't expect it to last for years but it performed well on my two clogs. Be sure to read and fully understand the instructions before using, took me few reads while looking at the machine to fully get it. Do not try to power through a clog. when you feel it hit something, stop the forward feed and let it spin until it frees up, reverse a little if needed. Keep the feed end of the machine close to the drain/pipe. Once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. The included rubberized gloves were a welcome addition. Don't ignore the safety glasses warning, you WILL get splashed with sludge at some point. Cleaning was easy. Just took it outside, pulled the snake all the way out and washed it with a bucket of soapy water and a rag, rinsed it with a hose and dried it with a rag while pushing the snake back into the drum. Battery worked well. I was able to unclog two drains with no sign of it slowing down.

This is a great tool. Perfect for drain lines 2 inches and under. It's quick, light, portable and powerful. If you know how to use a snake, this will clean out your clogs. I suspect most the time people who break the line is due to user error. Property manager of 8 years

Bought this as I’m an engineer and need something easier instead of meddling around with cables. Easy to use, lightweight and just makes my life easier. A little on the expensive side but to be honest compared to other sellers it’s a bargain.

Ce déboucheur est génial. J'ai régulièrement des soucis, et au lieu de faire appel à un professionnel qui me facturerait 200 euros à chaque fois, j'utilise ce produit moi-même. En une ou deux utilisations, c'est déjà rentabilisé. Franchement, c'est très facile à utiliser. Un peu de persévérance et le tour est joué.

Bought it a few months ago, finally was able to use it. We had a slow drain for a stand up shower due to build up of hair. The instructions were straight forward and it worked as described, 2 inch diameter drain after 3 feeds it was completely clear. I bought it because or the portability and the length of the cable. Glad to have bought it.

Leider sind nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Absolut Top Produkt . Hab Früher meine Rohre mit einer 10 m Langen Feder gereinigt (Anschließend war die halbe Küche zu reinigen) . Das kann man jetzt auf keinen Fall mehr vergleichen . Hab mich gefragt warum ich POPULO nicht schon längst gekauft habe.

Mis desagües de la cocina tienen cierto problema con los niveles... por eso deben estar muy despejados para que no se produzca el desastre...Fontaneros que venÃan, hacÃan algo y a los pocos dÃas: LO MISMO. Pues lo siguiente serÃa levantar todo el suelo y disponerlo de otro modo, pero no se resolverÃa el problema del nivel puesto que bajo viven otras personas... Puse un motor que impulsaba y trituraba.. pero a dos por tres: AVERÃA..Desde que tengo este aparatito, lo paso cuando me da la gana, y ya no sufro ningún sobresalto..NO MALGASTO DINERO EN SOLUCIONES INHÚTILES Y NO SUFRO INUNDACIONES.
