I ordered this 2/25/2024 and it hasn't given me any trouble at all. I do apartment maintenance and use it alot on work orders. The battery is very good with keeping a charge for a long time. It feels good in my hands and I definitely will be buying a second one just to put up in near future.

The impact works decent, and feel well made, has more power than my dewalt, but lacks compactness. It's about 2-1/5" bigger than most impacts and battery doesn't last very long, but cheap enough to use and purchase

No idea where these 5 star reviews came from, I received the driver 3 days ago unpacked it charged teh battery for 2 days as I was waiting to work on a job that I needed the driver for. Attached teh battey and pushed the trigger and NOTHING... unplugged the battery recharged to be sure, attached it again and pulled the trigger, still NOTHING. It won't even turn on and thats brand new. loos great and doesn't work. So I'll return it and go buy a dewalt which I should have done to begin with. Now I have to package this up drive 30 miles to town and drop it off and waste gas on a 60 mile round trip because they dont send UPS out to pick up the return. Its just a useless driver dont waste your money.UPDATE: The customer service for this company is TOP NOTCH... they reached out to me and immediately, and sent out another complete unit to replace the first one that didn't work, and the second one works great. I was very impressed witn the company making good on their product and I mean instantly. So do not hesitate to buy the impact driver it works as advertised and the company is top notch for sure.
