You would think you would get what's in the photo. I got the gun but no belt clip. Time will tell if it hold's up being a refurb but, look's like new.

Had the old version but it was time to replace it! Came brand new and I already have the batteries and charger from my previous they still work! The power is excellent and Ridgid continues to surprise the game with the quality of their product for the price!

Not as advertised, not a three speed, not eligible for Rigid warranty. Broken and no longer working. Purchased in September. Broken before the end of November. Would like a refund.

So it is worth noting that the “lifetime warranty†isn’t offered. I don’t buy these for the warranty. I could care less, so at 3/5 of the price, I’ll take it.If you have the older version with the speed switch on the top, this is an improvement. The brushless motor seems to be faster and more powerful (the second speed is about how fast the 3 was on my old one). Also helps to have a double but holder (although that’s on the side now and a little clunky).Weight is close to the older ones and I didn’t notice any other changes. Good tool. I hope it lasts me another 7+ years.

was received on time and as described. only issue is, according to Ridgid, this is not an authorized seller. as such the lifetime warranty can't be applied to this tool. they did state the three year warranty was effective. May not be an issue for some, but the lifetime warranty was a key point in my decision to switch my tools to the Ridgid brand. Buying on Amazon saved me a few dollars over Home Depot, but next time will spend the extra to get the full warranty.

Amazon did not specify that they are not an authorized Ridgid seller and therefore this Ridgid item is not eligible for the Ridgid lifetime warranty.Amazon should have not been deceptive in their listing by listing the fact that this item does not eligible for the Ridgid lifetime warranty.Very unethical listing by Amazon.
