Ordered this to hold Splenda for coffee. Cute bowl but the Splenda sticks to the spoon. Not sure why, but it isn’t a really big deal.

A while back I received an Amazon order that took 20 minutes to unwrap because the seller had worked so hard to protect the item. Well, this one didn't take 20 minutes but it did take a long time. There was foam of two kinds and tape and then some kind of Saran Wrap type thing. But guess what: there was still a flaw in the rim. Just a gnat-sized nibble barely noticeable, not really a chip, so I'm not going to bother returning it. I really like the style/design of this sugar bowl but the spoon is a disappointment. The rim has that great copper-ish trim so the spoon should have been copper, not gold. I've ordered a copper spoon to replace it. Also, the gold spoon is so shallow it would be hard to grab much sugar with it. I want something that holds a more reasonable amount. All in all, though, I'm quite happy with this purchase.Update: I contacted the seller about the flaw and s/he told me if I reordered the item they'd take $2 off the price. Decided to go with that offer rather than go through the bother returning the first one. Second one is fine, and the copper spoon I ordered is MUCH better.
