Easy set up, perfect for getting extra reps at home. At first I was skeptical about this purchase, but it really beats hitting into a net. The netting is good, it takes a beating with my 10 and 14 year old boys, we hit every day and seems to be holding up well! Set up took me about 20-30 minutes. Best $200 spent!

To claim this as portable is like saying your above ground pool is portable. Yeah once it’s taken apart completely I guess you can take it somewhere else but it’s going to take over an hour to set it back up. The stakes are cheap and flimsy plastic, just buy nice metal ones ahead of time. I wish it was taller and wider as my 12 year olds back swing always hits the side unless we move him toward the center/left.

This doesn’t take long to assemble and can be done one person, it looks great and is the perfect size. It keeps the balls within a confined space which makes practice more enjoyable. It looks great and the yellow is highly visible. It is very durable, we had a random snowfall and it caved in before I could get home. However as soon as the snow melted it popped right back up no harm done!

Before you get this, make sure you have the space for it. It's a spacious batting "cage" that creates a good size footprint. As my headline says, there is ample space for swinging a bat inside of it. It comes in its own carrying bag (a nice feature) which also means there's a process to assemble it into a 22' cage. However, the instructions were pretty good and made the process fairly easy. As far as the durability of absorbing hit ball after hit ball. the netting seems to sufficient and hopefully will last a long time. In addition to being used as a batting cage, you can also take off the front panel and turn it into a condensed backstop for pitching that allows the hits to fly - a good option to use at a baseball field. So far, I'm impressed.
