Bought a radio for a friend in a nursing home ðŸ n February and it stopped working for some reason and I contracted the seller because it comes with a 12 month warranty. They responded to me within 60 minutes asked for my mailing address and immediately shipped me a new one. Received within 5 days from original email. Not only is the customer service excellent but the radio itself is better than great for the money. Very impressed!

Bought this radio for my husband on December 28. Now a month and a half later it doesn't work right. It turns on, you find your station and it works for a few minutes then goes to static and the screen looks like the picture. You can't clear it without shutting it off and back on. You can't set the time because the numbers are all screwed up. I can't return it because the return date has expired. Granted it was a real expensive radio, but my husband liked it because it could easily fit in his shirt pocket so he could listen while working in the yard. There is no phone number to call for assistance. The assistance on their Amazon page isn't helpful with this issue. Don't buy this radio.

Great sound, great reception! Love the rechargeable feature. Only complaint is that the on off button will turn itself on sometimes if it’s in a bag or in your pocket. I glued some little rubber pieces around each edge of the on off button and seems to take care of the problem.

For a Small radio it sounds nice and have good features, the only thing I don't like that the antenna don't bend and if it breaks I don't know if their a replacement, but it's great

Mala recepcion. Si te alejas poco de la ciudad, se va perdiendo la señal. Me da mejor servicio un teléfono celular con radio FM. Soy propietario de una estación de radio y mi interés es Checar la señal en donde ando.
