I bought this to take on my long walks and it has been perfect!I love how compact and light weight it is. It comes with an adjustable arm band which gives you the option of wearing it on your arm if you want and also comes with ear buds. The battery life is great. It has lasted me over a month without changing the batteries. I haven’t experienced any static and the reception has been spot on. The quality and durability of this mini radio is good. I have dropped it a few times and it has not broken and still works well. This was a great purchase!

It works like I expected.. Easy to use, lightweight, easy on batteries. I use rechargeable AAA's. They may not last as long as regular Alkaline, but they are more than sufficient for 6 plus hours of continuous play. I'm using this in conjunction with an FM transmitter for a "make shift" in-ear instrument monitoring system. The bass enhancement button definitely enhances the sound. I would use it all the time. It just should be on all the time. The only drawback is that the time, volume and bass enhancement are reset when the batteries are removed. Of course. There is not internal battery for retaining those settings. But it is very easy to reset the time and find the radio stations. I'm not sure if the presets are lost when the battery is changed. I'm not using that functionality. The way Im using it does produce noticible hissing noise that changes with volume and body position it is not a problem for me the way I use it. If the signal is strong a clear, the sound is also.

My old Sony wearable AM/FM recently stopped working, and this looked like a suitable replacement. WRONG. The user interface is difficult to use. There are tuning presets, but get this: to change from present 1 to preset 2 takes one button push. To get back to preset 1 from preset 2 takes 19 button pushes. AWFUL user design. Also there’s no way to inhibit accidental button presses like on my old Sony, so expect to have to use that terrible user interface a lot to correct back to where you want to be after you lean on something or accidentally hit a button when you’re just trying to put the thing into your jacket pocket. It saddens me to think that some electronics designer actually got paid to come up with this thing.

The item is really excellent in some ways. Great bass sound with booster button, but also clear sound off bass boost. I like the volume buttons. They appear to be good quality. FM reception is good. AM poor. The presets are difficult to set because you can't get to the desired preset for a station. There may be a way to do it, but I had difficulty getting to the preset number that I wanted to assign to a station. The biggest issue is the thin band for the arm band and that the buckle easily twisted making it difficult to get the armband on correctly. It may be better to remove the armband and store in a running belt or armband pouch, although less access to controls if this is done. Overall a good device with replaceable triple A batteries but would be a headache with the armband issue

This lightweight AM/FM radio can help you trek across town, if you want. The only problem is the earbuds! They don't stay in the ear, so you'll have to purchase some real headphones separately. I found some for just 3.99 on Amazon, so it's not too expensive. And expect to change your batteries every week or so--get cheap ones (8/$1.00) at a dollar store.

This is the second one I buy for my dad. He prefers it old school with the batteries and this one has everything he wanted. So far, no complaints for him until it probably starts acting up in about 2 years. Good lifespan considering the price and features. We recommend it.

Great little radio. Some of the previous reviews indicated that there was no power button and that they had to remove the batteries to turn it off. Mine has a power button on the front. Perhaps the design has changed. The velcro distribution on the arm band did not allow me to get the radio on without slipping but I just added a bit more velcro.

Me gustó el tamaño compacto y fácil de usar, no me gustó que no tiene calidad de recepción. Al estar en interiores solo capta algunas estaciones
