Mine came with a crack on the bottom for some reason. It didn't seem to affect it and I was anxious to start using it, so I didn't return it. I wish it wasn't cracked but I have to say, it works great! I've added small frozen pieces of fruit to my shakes and it blends them up pretty smoothly! The crack hopefully won't cause a problem but I do recommend this blender. I would've given five stars if not for the crack.

It took 4 hours to charge then only lasted about 6 uses. It came without a charge even though instructions say that it should not sit without a charge for a long period of time. This probably explains the bad battery life. It ran out of charge after I added all the smoothie ingredients. You can twist it apart, but the ingredients will cause a huge mess because the blade is attached to the bottom of the blender and the cup that holds the liquid has no bottom/uses the blender as the bottom. These two issues make it pretty worthless. I returned it and ordered another brand plug-in blender that you can remove the cup and even drink directly from it.

Wish I bought this sooner. Constantly breaking out the big blender. My kids are into protein shakes and other fruit smoothies. This is perfect for them to quickly whip something on their own. No leakage, easy to use, comes with its own sponge for easy cleanup, not loud, great value for the money. Very strong blades because they add ice in their mix. Something portable and easy to use, highly recommend.

Initially, the product didn't work after charging it over night. I decided to try a different charging block and it immediately lit up. Something that it hadn't done with my other charging block. My first review gave this product a 1 but I wanted to update it to be fair to the seller. Especially since the 1st review never posted.If you use frozen strawberries for smoothies, I would recommend letting them thaw a little bit. If you using a combination of fresh fruit fruit, add the fresh fruit, first. You can play around with the amount of liquid recommended based on the type of fruit. I was able to use my walnuts by adding them after my banana. All in all, it's a decent product. I wouldn't recommend it for daily use but it's a great substitute if you have a tight budget and catch it on sale.

Update:The seller contacted me and I was able to buy a new one and have a full refund for the broken one. I could see immediately the difference in the battery life since with just one charge I could make at least 5 smoothies, instead before after just one I would have to charge the blender again.———-I'm not sure what's wrong but I bought this item just before leaving for a long trip and it was working well. Then it stayed unused in the drawer for about 4 months, charged overnight and the next morning when I was ready to get my smoothie I couldn't get it to work.... not sure what's wrong or how to reach customer service.
