Please pay attention to the following tips:
- Don't put your hands inside your blender or try to touch the blades.
- Don't use your blender when charging or run your blender without anything inside.
- Charge your blender before your first use. The lights turns red while charging and blue once full charged.
- Recommend cutting your fruit or other ingredients into small chunks. Always start by adding a liquid such as water or milk.
- Red and blue flashing lights mean your jar isn't aligned with your base. To fix this, the arrow on the jar should line up with the switch on the base.
- Red flashing lights mean your blender needs to be recharged or that your blades are blocked. Recharge or shake your blender.

I do recommend you use smaller cubes as it’s not really meant for bigger cubes cause it could get stuck. But overall just a great go to when you’re a busy person. It’s so easy to clean because the parts come apart easily too for better and thorough cleaning.

So the "cup" portion broke on my aunt's version of this same blender (same brand and everything) and I was like ok, that was our fault, it fell off the kitchen counter (where it was drying after being hand washed). Seemed odd that it broke so easily, it was not thrown it merely fell off the counter. Mine arrived with a slight crack where the magnetic portion is, so it always leaked. The leak was small so I used it anyway, with paper towels wrapped around it. I was all its ok it still works.... I traveled with it and now it gushed out 1/2 the liquid as soon as I pushed the button. So I decided to use the extended protection plan I had purchased. So, I get a new one for the cost of tax and the protection plan. I'm disappointed, when it worked it was cool, but we have bought 3 (all same brand) and only one still works. We were not hard on this item, hand washed with caution, yes we dropped the plastic cup portion on one of them, but honestly, it is plastic! It cracked like glass or ceramic with big triangle chunks missing, not what I expect from a plastic "cup". The base is still going strong, but it is useless if the "cup" section is broken.

Pros: Super convenient for on the go. It’s quite so I can make a personal smoothie after my kids go to bed or in the morning.Cons: not as much power as I expected. I find myself shaking around the ingredients a lot to get it all mixed

This little rechargeable blender is not intended to replace a full-size blender, nor will it be able to do everything that a full-size blender can do. With that being said, I have to say - after my first week of using this Amazing little blender - that I don't know how I've been getting along all my life without it! I've been using it two to three times a day and I just can't get enough of it! This is the Coolest Gadget you'll ever buy, and it's the exact same portable rechargeable blender that I've seen selling elsewhere for nearly twice the price that I paid for it right here on Amazon. It runs for DAYS at a time on a charge and it's so easy to clean after each use. If you buy any of the popular powdered health drinks like Super Beets you know how hard you've got to stir it into a glass of water to get it to mix in. And no matter how hard you stir it - it still doesn't fully mix in as you find out after you drink it down and there are undissolved clumps of it on the bottom of the glass. But with this handily little blender you'll give your hand and wrist a well-deserved brake and eliminate the endless stirring and instead, just push the button and in just a few seconds the powerful motor and the very effective dual blending blades go to work to quickly blend every last grain of the powder into solution with ZERO sediment at the bottom. I love how quickly I can whip up a delicious fat-free chocolate thick shake with skim milk, my favorite rich chocolate protein powder and ice - and I use crushed ice from my fridge door dispenser, which is much easier for this little blender to blend into a delicious thick shake. If the blades jam when you press the button - No Problem - because you can quickly do something with this featherweight little cordless blender that you simply can't do with a full-size blender - you can pick it up and turn it upside down to instantly free the blades - and even shake it a bit as needed to assist the blades in grinding up large pieces of ice. Trust me when I tell you that you'll fall in love with it, and find so many uses for this very cool, rugged and well-made little blender! Needless to say - I Highly Recommend it!

I mainly bought this as an alternative to one of those protein mixer bottles. So far this has been very easy to use and convenient. Because the glass bottle can screw off from both sides, it's extremely easy to clean in water and soap. I like that it charges via USBC and the battery life seems pretty good so far. It only has one speed and goes off after about 30 seconds or so. I would not recommend this with ice or anything too Frozen because I don't think it would have enough power... Mixing simple protein shakes. It works well.

It stopped charging and working without being on the charger too quickly and after 3 months it wouldn't work at.
