Anser:
- This indicates your pitcher is not installed properly.
- Place the stacked Blade Assembly into the pitcher and lock the lid into place.
- Then make sure the container is correctly assembled on the motor base.
- Turn the Pitcher clockwise to lock onto the motor base.
- You should hear an audibleclick when the container locks into place.
- Press the power button. The unit should now be on and the power button should be illuminated.

How to Make Shakes and Smoothies ?
1. Open the lid and clean the inside of the blender first.
2. Add about 60% of 1-inch fruit pieces or other ingredients to the jar, the right size makes the mixer work more smoothly.
3. Pour drinking water or milk into the blender jar up to 80%(do not exceed the MAX line of the container).
4. Tighten the lid and make sure the base switch is aligned with the magnet, otherwise the mixer will not work, it is a careful safety lock design, then press the switch.
5. Simply shake the blender for a few seconds and the portable blender will blend nicely (this is key to avoid adding insufficient liquid for a smooth blend)
6. Invert the blender and replace the bottom cover to enjoy your smoothie.

Product looks well made, and blends well. The flaw in this one is there is a magnet activated safety that's molded into the cup and it will not let the motor activate. Took a kitchen magnet off the fridge to override the safety and it works fine. Little bit of a pain but in mass production sometimes things slip through. Rather just use the magnet than ship it back for a replacement as we only use it in the kitchen anyways. If not for that it would get 5 stars.

I’m so glad I got this personal blender! The compact size is perfect for travel and on-the-go blending, which is why I bought it, but I’ve ended up using it just as much at home. I can just throw in frozen fruit, juice or milk, and protein powder, and it’s a quick, healthy breakfast or snack. I use it so often that I wish I had ordered the 24 oz. model instead of the 16 oz. one, but that’s my fault, not the blender’s. It’s very easy to clean, just rinse it out or run it in the dishwasher. It’s so small that it doesn’t take up much room in my kitchen cabinet. I’m happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend this blender.
