This is my second purchase of this metallic watercolor set. I absolutely love it. The paints mix easily with water and produce a gorgeous, vibrant shimmer when applied to the. painting. Equally effective on unpainted paper and dried painted backgrounds and subjects. The paints come in a variety of color sets. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice little set, very compact. The color goes on smooth and it’s nice and shiny. But I got cheated out of almost half a pan of color on the bronze, the only one I’ve used so far. After I put some drops of water on it, it caved in and I discovered it was all hollow. I’m worried the gold in the lower left is also slightly hollow because it cracked when I pressed it into the metal tin using the included glue dots.

I had no idea how cute or great this little paint pot would be when imordered it. I filled it with my favorite water color paints and have hauled it all over the globe with me to paint. Small and super handy, light and fits enough colors to make any painter happy.

I have been gushing over how much I love this little tin for a couple of days now. It’s even smaller than I expected from pictures, so make sure to check measurements, but I have it all set up for my upcoming travels and can’t wait to put it to use. The crane design is also lovely.

Being a watercolorist/mixed media artist, I'm always looking for new paints to pump up my art. I came across these little tins of metallic watercolor and thought I would give them a try. I really like the different shades of gold, along with the mauve and copper. The little tin is super cute, though I did remove the paint pans to put in my larger travel pallet, I will use the tin when I'm only taking the bare minimal of art supplies. The paint spreads well, has nice coverage (though you might need two coats to get a smooth, even coat), yet is translucent. Each color has a nice reflective, metallic look. I also have the tin of blues and might be ordering other color families in the future,

Pros:- colors are just what I was looking for to add some sparkle to some holiday cards.- color payoff is good for the priceCons:- they are not full and are cratering after a few light uses making it a pain to use.

Je n’avais pas lue les d’inanition de la boîte. Elle est très petite, je m’attendait à plus grande mais finalement elle contient beaucoup d’aquarelle et j’adore son format très petit

This is the cutest, most adorable travel watercolour set ever! I love it. In all it's tiny-ness, it seems sturdy. Can't wait to fill it with paint.

My biggest issue is that the paint pots are hollow in the middle so there is not a lot of product inside. After a few uses I’m almost through one of the colours. This is made worse by the fact that the paint is not very pigmented and you need a lot of product to have any level of saturation. I understand it’s watercolor but it is poor quality.
