Really liking my pilates bar. It gives a good workout, and I love that you got the free 8 week plan with it also. Easy to download and have on your phone.

The bar came already damaged, although not enough for it to not be usable. There are NO instructions on workouts, movements, etc- there is a QR code that opens to a Facebook Messenger app - which I do not have & will not be downloading. If you buy this, be prepared for it to be possibly damaged & be ready to find your own workouts (there are plenty on YouTube) Resistance bands are nice, I can already tell they are getting stretched out after only a few days of use. I am sure there are better ones for more money out there, but this was cheap enough, sturdy, and easy to assemble- despite the numerous flaws.EDITED UPDATE: the company reached out to me within a day or so of posting my review and were very accommodating & eager to rectify the situation. They sent a PDF of the workouts, which was great. They also replaced the bar with a new one, which came in perfect shape! Amended my review to 5 stars because it is a great piece of equipment, and I was really impressed with the company’s handling of the situation.

Love the ease of being able to pack this up and go for use anywhere. The free 8 week plan is great in the fact that you can open an exercise and see a you tube video on how to do it. Wish the free plan was emailed vs. Facebook messenger. The fact that the resistance is so variable is a huge bonus.

My initial bar was received with a little surface rust in the center piece- I know from personal experience this can happen for multiple reasons but most likely it was just a defective piece, it happens. 🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ I was going to just keep it since I only paid $40 for the whole system anyway, but the rust was flaking a bit when I broke the bar down after use, and after reading a couple other reviews with the same issue stating the seller quickly resolved their issue, I decided to reach out to the store as well. Not only did they promptly reply, they replaced the parts just as quickly as I received my original order. And they were super kind and friendly throughout the process! Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.And the workout system!? I LOVE this thing! I’m not that tall (5’5â€) so I don’t feel like I get the full weight/extension of some moves, but it’s so versatile that I can easily modify or just add bands for more resistance with the range that is available. It also came with an e-exercise guide but I honestly haven’t looked at that yet since I’ve already got a pretty established routine. But it’s just another bonus to note since the original systems I was considering were at least double the price and didn’t include any guides/videos. Super happy with this product and company and would definitely recommended.

I hoped to pull out this Pilates bar and run through my exercises, but, because each exercise requires a different amount of tension, I had to stop to adjust the straps again and again and again. Also, the straps don't stretch as much as I need them to. I'm not tall - only 5'2", but the amount of stretch the straps give isn't enough. I finally gave up and ordered a different Pilates bar without the adjustable straps.

Simple to put together, and obtaining the 8 week program was also easy. The impact on my body mind and soul…..powerfully lasting
