The instructions inform that no one over 180lb should use this... I thought that had to be a typo... I'm glad it was. I'm 235lb and this thing holds me pretty will.With that, I can't imagine someone twice my weight getting on it though. It is good, solid steel, but I COULD see where someone around 500lb might have issues with this being a bit wobbly if not put together well. I'm going off of the images stating that it can hold 660lb, BTW. I've been enjoying this thus far. Good deal, IMHO. Worth it.

Seems sturdySome welds look a bit iffyDirections are terrible had to look at the picture and sort out the pieces I could recognize and then process of elimination after that. Same with the nuts and bolts.It came with a dent. Hoping that doesn’t affect structure and it bends while in use.For the price it will work for now.

I'm 205lbs and its plenty sturdy for my weight. Easy to assemble and the directions were pretty easy to follow. Great option and good price.

I really wanted this type of exercise equipment but most of them are too wide for my size. I like to work my core by using the elbow rests and crunching and a few inches narrower makes all the difference. It came quickly in good shape and was a cinch to put together. It's perfect in my home gym!!

It’s a cheaper product. Seems kind of flimsy. I ama able to do pull ups but at 200lbs there seems to be flex in the stand. Dips and leg raises I feel the flex as well. I don’t fully recommend this product but for the price point you get what you get

I LOVE this product……..my favorite exercise is with my back to the cushion and bringing my knees to my chest and that is THE NUMBER ONE REASON I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT……EVERYTHING was inside the box…I’m not good at assembly but my sister can put anything together and she helped me get the base and my husband helped me finish…….THIS PRODUCT is VERY STURDY and the pieces are heavy for a woman to handle by herself……my sister knew what every bolt was and how it would be attached……I would still be looking at them wondering …….I will say the videos with this product were very good…..they give you 2 wrenches and for those of you that are like me, and I’m proud to say I’M THE ONE THAT FIGURED THIS OUT, you place one wrench on the bolt and TIGHTEN using the other wrench….I love that it has an adjustable height so that the entire family can use it…….I shared it with another Prime member who has 3 sons and they plan to purchase this product……it’s an EXCELLENT product and I’m very happy to own it

Sturdy but not as “bulk†as ads suggest. Does the job for dips, core, pull ups. And in general took only an hour to fully assemble. Excellent value, I think. If you’re looking for what you’d see in a retail gym, probably not this: But that would cost $500. If you’re looking for something to add to your other gym equipment for use by one or two people, this is great. Comfortable enough…
