I used these to make a jig for my router. They have worked very well and pair perfectly with the Powertec knobs and bolts. When I need to make other jigs in the future I won't hesitate to purchase these again.

These Powertec t tracks have become my go to for making jigs or adding to tool fences for stops. They cut easily with a chop (miter) saw and stay firmly in place once they are installed. The blue finish adds an element of professionalism to my jigs and fences. I find that Powertec has enough length options where i can always find the combination that I need on Amazon for a great price. At this price and quality point, I dont really know why anyone would look for these anywhere else when factoring in free shipping with Prime.

The "but" has to due with the Powertec T-Track is really not ready to take on 1/4 standard fasteners without assistance from a "washer" or "spacer" to get the hex portion into the bottom sized groove. The other issue is the variety of standard washers all have OD's to large to fit the track (could turn washers down on lathe or hunt for some spacers). T-Bolts work fine of coarse. One final note, the pair I received both tracks mounting holes were not on the center line of the track. For me this was not a show stopper.

Easy to set up and use; prevents tear outs. (I preferred to use sacrificial piece of same thickness as my piece instead of one provided). Game changer for a newbie to raised panel door making.

I needed some t-track for a jig I was making. I’ve purchased other Powertec items in the past so I trusted the brand and decided to get their t-tracks. They cut easily with my miter saw, installed without issue, and have worked with everything I’ve used them for. I’d have no issues with them

This is the best deal on good quality anodized t-track out there. I like the blue color, though it is not as uniform as the other more expensive tracks available. I have a 5 ft long workbench so I am looking more for functionality than looks, but decided to go for anodized blue over plain tracks which maybe even cheaper. Blue looks good on my white melamine laminated surface. The track in foreground is 48 inches and is too short, so two 36 inches spliced together with one cut to size does the trick.

I love the quality and reliability of the Powertec t-track products. All of their tracks, knobs, bolts and clamps are tough as nails and fit like they should. I’ve built jigs, sleds and tables for my router and table saw and these always work, always fit and are always exactly as advertised. And I like the blue color. Here’s an update. That little grove down the middle of each track is exactly the right place for your center punch if you need an extra screw here or there. That makes the design of these better than the rest. Such a small thing but so fantastically useful.

I'm using the sled currently to cut rebates into the end of some box sides. I was scratching my head to understand why my workpiece kept catching the out-feed side of my router fence and the rebate was fractionally out of alignment. I checked and double checked and the fence was completely coplanar. It transpires that the issue is the adjustable parallel fence on the sled. It's made of quite a flimsy plastic which distorts when the workpiece makes contact with the router bit, allowing the workpiece to twist/pivot slightly. Now I know what the issue is, my next job it to make a new fence from hardwood and add some high friction material to the bottom and side to make sure it can't flex in operation.
