The Premier brand aluminum access door is lightweight and can be used in walls or ceilings. The aluminum door panel is insulated making it perfect for exterior use. The door has gasketing between the door and frame creating a tight fit.
The rough opening in the wall should be 30-3/8" x 30-3/8"

I install one of this door and few days later , I have to buy another one and replaced the quality is to poor for the price I wont recommended

I would have rated it higher, but it came with a dent in the frame. The box wasn't damaged so I can only assume it was packaged that way. The cam lock tail pieces do not fit tight so the door moves in and out a 1/4". I installed it in a closet wall so the damaged frame was not worth returning it and I fixed the tail pieces so they keep the door shut.
