Great quality item. I haven't installed this yet but I inspected it for what I need and it's perfect. Very well made, nice packaging and the shipping was fast. The item was VERY well protected in a box a bit bigger than it.

Bought three of them and I really like them bc they are well built and sit flush to the ceiling. They can be locked and unlocked with a screwdriver.
