The size was exactly what I needed. It was fairly easy to install. The instructions say to superglue it to the drywall but I didn't want to do that. It comes with tabs that I folded over and drilled holes in to attach to the studs. I gave it 4 stars as it would help if the tabs had predrilled holes.

Comcast needed to cut a hole in my garage wall to access the tubing to run my fiber line. Since it's in my garage anyway, I didn't see any aesthetic reason to patch the drywall, only to have it cut open again if Comcast has to fix anything. This was the perfect size, and looks clean. Easy install. Easy open. I used Gorilla Glue white indoor/outdoor adhesive.

The frame and door was sturdy. I used construction adhesive to secure to the dry wall. I used this to replace a cable access box that was only as big as a double outlet. Increase the hole size to the frame dimensions and it fit perfectly. Creates a clean look in the garage wall and allows for better access of the cable coax and fiber optic lines.

I really like how straightforward it is to use this as a template for creating an access hole for a wall cavity. It then easily covers this hole while providing a door, with a latch, for any future access needs. The metal device is quite sturdy and has effective hinges.

Great lockable access door! What more could one ask for?I always like to create a lockable storage area for my customers if there is space in the framing to accommodate. Easy to install. Glued in place. Can paint wall colour to blend in even more if needed.

Unfortunately looks like somebody scraped one Edge across an entire gravel driveway before shipping it out to me took me almost 2 hours to smooth The Edge back out and then had to repaint the metal so it would not rust

I needed a 12"X12" access door to finish my family Room ceiling plumbing access. It worked out great but, the small bump to keep the door closed is not very strong when installed on the ceiling. I ended up having to purchase a small latch to help keep the door closed. This probably would not have been an issue if it was installed on the wall. I am still happy with this purchase. Thank you!
