The Premier FL-2002 series access door can be used on any flush surface. Easily installs in walls or ceilings to give access to plumbing or wiring. Features include, concealed hinge, 1 inch wide outer flange with 1-1/2 inch deep mounting
The rough opening in the wall should be 24-3/8" x 24-3/8"

I was a little turned off by the price but the quality matches. Wanted something to give me better access to different areas of my attic. Easy install and looks great. Painted one and left one white and they both blend in well. Will definitely purchase again, should the need arise.

Easy to install. Pretty great value for the price. Wish I could've afforded an insulated option but again this was an amazing value.

Great access door. But the information on the picture said the opening was at 22 inch and the outer lip was at 24 inches. But that was wrong. The door it self is at 24 inches.But made it work. Happy with the purchase.

Should have some type of handle to help opening it! Vice relying pulling on the tiny key, that you’d have to leave in.

Door came bent, which wasn't a huge issue. The big issue is that the door came missing the "screw latch" assembly so there is no way to latch/unlatch the door from the outside!
