Sturdy, well-made metal access door. Two latches were appropriate for the door size we purchased. Not lightweight and no plastic. Will last forever.

I had to replace the water faucets behind my washer. My water faucet box was broken by a delivery person installing my new washer. The whole wall is covered with tile, and I didn’t want to mess up the wall. My garage is behind the washer wall so I cut a hole in my garage wall and replaced water connection box from the garage and used the door to cover the hole. Now if I need to change a valve I have access from the garage. While I was in the wall I also installed 2 1/4 turn shutoff valves in the wall so I don’t have to turn off the water to the house.

My only complaint was that the two holes on the hinge side were difficult to access; otherwise, it worked as desired.
