I was looking for a Spaetzle maker that is stainless steel because the one I had was tin and the handle broke off. I love making Spaetzle ahead and freezing it to use for meals. It is easy to use and although the metal that goes on the pot to hold it in place had a sharp edge, my husband sanded it so it's smooth and I won't cut my finger. It slides nicely back and forth and the metal scooper is wonderful to take the Spaetzle out of the water.

I usually make fresh pasta on weekends with a marcato atlas, but it takes too long. For fresh pasta on a workday, I’d rather use this Spaetzle Maker.

It worked fine, just time consuming. Batter was all over the place, got 1 pint of spatial with the recipe I had. Not a Lot for the work. But the Spatial was very good in my chicken soup.In summation it is a good product.

Quick and easy to use and much less expensive to make your own spaetzle, than store bought. Just place over your boiling soup (broth, chicken…) add your spaetzle and dinner is done. The strainer is sturdy and can be used to strain many other things, due to its size, easy to clean.

This came and I was really EXCITED to use it! I remember my Hungarian Grandmother cutting off little pieces of dough into the hot water and when it was time to eat I LOVED those little pieces of Deliciousness!!So when I found this "Gadjet" on Amazon I HAD to have it to make them for us!I made the dough a little "heavy/THICK", BUT they still turned out pretty good!Learned for the next time to add more water to the dough so it's EASIER for the mixture to go through the little holes!
