I received a package on time, a good job there. The problem I have is that after nine days, the Audiobox96 interface quit working, partially. The output still works; it still plays sound from the computer. however, the inputs do not work anymore. I tried switching out cables, I've tried replacing the power cord, I've been attempting to replace everything, but it still will not recognize any input.I called customer service, and they wanted to offer me a 20% refund on the product; which is unacceptable. I spoke to supervisor and explain that all I need is the interface. They sell this interface for $99.99, so I asked them to just send me one of those, and I was told they couldn't do that. The best the supervisor could often be was $80 for a refund, which meant would have to pay an additional $20 out of pocket. This is horrible customer service, to say the least. Their reasoning to me was, this came from a third-party vendor. I purchased this from Amazon it was delivered by Amazon it was handed to me by Amazon therefore Amazon should pack the products they sell. Or stop selling from third-party vendors. I asked to speak to the supervisor, and was told that they were all in a meeting, of course!!if anything gets resolved I will update this review and let you know.

After struggling with it for 2 weeks, I'm finally getting some results. Perhaps a 13-year old would catch on faster but for an 81-year old like me, it's just not intuitive. Having said that, the quality of the equipment is superb.

Although the open box came with a "new" product key, it did not work. Very frustrating. Emailed support and waiting for their response. Original key says it's already registered.Today is the last day for returns so will be returning

Can’t believe I purchased this ...Did not come with software as advertised and Presonus has the worst customer service ever i was treated like I stole the items or something... zero help from them ...was told to take and send photos og the gear like the actual serials on the documents that came with it and my proof of purchase wasnt enough for them absolute sub par service....if anyone wants to buy gear get it from Native Instruments instead best products and best customer service ..don’t buy this garbage worst 470 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life ...it’s all getting sent back
