Within a month of purchase, one of the arms holding an individual letter bent. The typewriter gives an error message and won't function now.

So glad I was able to find this daisywheel, very prompt delivery and protective packaging was great! Very fragile item, so that was important.

The daisywheel at the office stopped typing the small "t", so I figured that it was time to purchase a new one. it arrived intact & works as expected, so I'm satisfied.

Needed a typewriter to produce two-part forms. The Daisywheel that came with typewriter was 10 pitch. Needed the 12 pitch option to fill in a lot of information into a small space. Worked great!
