This is a black sliding screen door handle and latch is non-handed and is typically used by Superior Aluminum, and Precision doors as well as a variety of sliding patio door manufacturers. The handles have mounting holes 3 inch on center. The latch is 2-9/16 inch long with a 1 inch projection and slides up and down to engage the keeper. This is the second time buying this exact handle for my Andersen sliding screen door. The first one lasted 7 years. This set comes with both inside and outside handles. The only small con is the screws that are included, are to short to secure both handles to the screen door. NOT A BIG DEAL THOUGH, just use the old screws that you removed from the old one, they fit perfectly. Would definitely buy again in another 7 years.

Looked exactly like the broken handle on my screen door. The screws that came with the new pull were not long enough to attach to the handle on opposite side. I had to use the screws from my old one which were not painted to match like the new ones were. Overall it looks nice, works, and is better than my broken one.

This was an installation that occurred over many attempts of trial and error. The instructions presented a third screw to attach the metal latch to the plastic switch, but it actually doesn’t use a third screw to connect them. The package includes two screws, which is all you need, but it took me hours of manipulating the pieces, until I discovered an order of operations that finished the project.I could have broken the plastic pieces on any of my many attempts, but fortunately I had small enough tools to disassemble the pieces without damaging them.The latch system holds together under pressure from the plastic switch squeezing into place. If you fail to align the metal latch with the plastic switch as you push it in, you will need to gingerly remove that plastic switch and make another attempt.I used a very small screwdriver to squeeze out the plastic parts every time I failed to align them up properly. I found that attaching the top screw partially while manipulating the other parts gave me the winning technique.It was difficult for me. Maybe it will be easier for you. It works great now that it is properly installed. Good luck.

Was nicely surprised to fine this exactly replaced the broken one and was very easy to install. This was difficult to find as the door was an old model. Thank goodness Amazon carries so many of these odd things for us.

The handle is fine, but did not come with any part to hook the latch on and secure the patio door.I searched the internet, with no success. And the package makes no reference to any part # for separate purchase!

I know that this kind of thing is often low-end and of low quality but seriously there we beat records!!! The worst product in this category, I don't even recommend bothering to install it! The metal center part is not stable at all and overall the product is just very bad!
