These brushes are excellent as brushes go, but the shipping method was not good. My brushes arrived loose in a brown paper Amazon bag with no covers or protection whatsoever for the bristles. Anyone who paints knows that brush bristles must be protected; these were NOT and therefore had wayward bristles. I would have given them 5 stars, but the neglect in packaging caused a reduction to 3 stars. Order with caution!

Princeton Velvetouch, Series 3950. Disappointed. Brush arrived defective, warped / bent... probable manufacture defect since there is no obvious scratches on the brush. I like Princeton Quality brushes and disappointed this is the second defective Princeton brush I've received from Amazon.
