I had recieved a damaged brush I requested a replacement and it arrived 2 days late but It was OK with me. These brushes are expensive but they are good quality. I have bought a size 30 previous and now have 20 and will buy every size. That's how good they are. So far customer service responds quickly.

Very durable brush with good snap makes the brush ideal for mixed media applications. I have used this brush in both the classroom as well as my own art practice with a wide variety of media. Have had a smaller version of this brush for a few years and found it held up exceptionally well. Looking forward to using the large brush for my big canvases!
